1. Are tickets free?

- Yes, this is a free ticketed event.

 

2. Where is the event?

- Frome, Somerset, BA11 2RY (full address on ticket)

 

3. What is the date of the event?

- Saturday 9th December and Sunday 10th December 2023.

 

4. What are the timings of the event and do I need to book a slot?

- You do not need to book a slot, you can arrive at any time during opening hours.

- Sat 9th December 12pm - 8:30pm

- Sun 10th December 10am - 5pm 

 

5. Is the AP store and event dog friendly?

- Yes, you can bring your furry friend along with you to both days!

 

6. Are there drinks / refreshments available?

- Yes, there are free refreshments. I.e. tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

 

7. Is there parking?

- Yes, there is plenty of free parking available directly outside our store.

 

8. Can I attend both days of the store opening?

- Yes. You will need to download a free ticket from our website for each day. One ticket per person. 

 

9. Does my dog need a ticket?

- No, your dog(s) does not need a ticket.

 

10. Can I stay close by?

- Yes, we have created a dog friendly list of places to stay that can be found via our Instagram page under the 'AP Store' highlight, which will show you prices and distance from the store.

 

11. Will there be Puppuccinos?

- Yes, there will be plenty of pup cups to go around!

 

12. How many tickets do I need if I am coming with someone else from the same household?

- Each person needs their own ticket to attend the store opening. 

 

13. Can I download more than one ticket per transaction?

- One ticket per person. You can download up to 4 tickets per order. For example, if you and your partner and coming you can download two tickets in one order.

 

14. What are the opening hours for the AP store after the event?

Our store will be opening Mon-Sat 10am – 4pm.
